THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT
We collect information that does not identify you specifically, including Data collected automatically through the operation of the Website, unless you specifically agree to provide that information to the Company. We may collect site usage data (such as which Website pages you visit and in what sequence) through the use of various technologies. For example, we collect Internet Protocol ("IP") addresses from individuals who visit the Website. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer or device whenever your Internet enabled device is connected to the Web. Web servers automatically identify your device by its IP address, and when you request a page from a website, its servers log your IP address. We do not link IP addresses to any personally identifiable data, so although your session will be logged, you will remain anonymous to the Company and the Website. We may also collect connection information such as browser type or version. We may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, gather broad demographic information, and administer our Website. Other than as described herein you can access the Website and view the content anonymously.
The Company may disclose non-identifying, aggregated user statistics to third parties for a variety of purposes, including describing the Company's services to prospective partners and other third parties.
COLLECTION OF INFORMATION BY THIRD PARTY SITES
The Website may contain links to other sites whose information practices may be different than ours. Visitors should consult the other sites' privacy policies before submitting any information, as we have no control over information that is submitted to, or collected by, these third parties.
EDITING AND DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You are provided with the ability to edit the information stored for your user account information during registration and continually by visiting the account control panel. You can request that your user account be deleted; to do so, please follow the prompts on your user account control panel. Content, materials or other data that you may have provided to the Website, and that is not stored in your User Account, such as text, photographs and videos that have been published to the Website, may continue to remain on the Website at discretion of the Company, even after your user account is deleted.
As our computer systems are currently based in the United States, your data will be processed in the United States where data protection and privacy regulations may offer a lower (or different) level of data protection than in your country. By using the Website you consent to the transfer, collection and/or processing of your information in the United States.
NOTIFICATION REGARDING UPDATES
From time to time and at any time, we may update this privacy notice and will notify you of such updates by placing a notice on our Website. We encourage you to frequently check back and review this policy so that you always will know what information we collect, how we use it, and to whom we disclose it.
