Col. Nicole Malachowski has been named as the first female Executive Director of Joining Forces. She will use her personal experiences to help military families all over the world.

Air show and aviation fans will remember "FIFI" as the first female Air Force Thunderbird pilot. In 2007 she flew #3 - Right Wing in the Diamond Formation. An accomplished F-15 pilot, she logged over 200 combat hours, and has also served as the commander of the 333rd Fighter Squadron at Seymour-Johnson AFB.
