As amazing as the Big Guy from the North Pole is, he sometimes calls on the good folks at the 374th Airlift Wing to get gifts and supplies to the 56 islands of Micronesia.

Operation Christmas Drop 2015 is the first ever trilateral training event that includes additional C-130 aircrews from the Japanese Air Self-Defense Force and Royal Australian Air Force. Over the course of six days, the team of allies trained together on Low-Cost Low-Altitude airdrop tactics and procedures over unsurveyed drop zones while providing critical supplies to 56 Micronesian islands impacting about 20,000 people covering 1000 x 1800 nautical miles of operating area.
