A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to visit the Hawaiian Islands. While there, I visited the Pacific Aviation Museum located in Oahu's Pearl Harbor.

The museum opened in 2006, and already has an impressive amount of aircraft on display. The Aviation Museum is run in conjunction with several other excellent Pearl Harbor exhibits. Combo passes can be purchased for a series of sights at Pearl.

I chose the USS Arizona Memorial and the Aviation Museum. I spent over 6 hours on Ford Island. My visit was truly remarkable as I remembered those who gave so much for their country. There are many hangars, structures, and artifacts that still remain.

Some of the original hangars still have bullet holes in them! Enjoy and Remember!
