I love aviation photography. I'm an amateur with a keen appreciation for the what it takes to get a great shot of an aircraft. In the air or on the ground ATA's Tyson Rininger's work always amazes me and Kevin Hong is another who contributes here with a gift for capturing a moment. Lockheed Martin Aeronautics photojournalist John Rossino has traveled the world taking pictures of Lockheed Martin aircraft for 31 years. The C-130 Hercules is his favorite and its taken him around the world. He's photographed the entire series from As to Js — and the different variants in between. John explains the making of his latest 'J' model portrait and tells us why chose to focus on military families in the Lockheed Martin video below.
